This full-time, corporate-based, highly visible position is responsible for providing solutions and responding to inquiries from our various customer channels, e.g. retail, wholesale and internal. He/she will respond to these inquiries via email, mobile app, phone, mail and social media. Customer service responsibilities also includes investigating potential claims, and working with insurance providers and/or claim adjusters.

High School diploma, G.E.D or equivalent experience.
Two to four (2-4) years' expereince working at UDF in a store location required
Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations and facilitate service recovery when needed.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to work Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7am- 5:30pm, occasional overtime and one to two Saturday’s a month.
Two year degree and/or some college level coursework.
One to three (1-3) years’ experience in customer service in either a retail or call center environment.
2-5 years experience in an office/corporate environment
1-2 years insurance claims and/or adjuster experience.
