IT Systems Administrator (1-2019 DT)


I.T. Systems Administrator   

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the organization's Windows Server operating systems and all related systems or software. Analyzes and resolves problems associated with server hardware/software and applications software and ensures scalability and appropriate integration with other systems. Detects, diagnoses, and reports related problems on both Windows server and Windows desktop systems.

The I.T. Systems Administrator will:

  • Install / Configure Windows Servers
  • Perform Supporting Systems Software Upgrades
  • Support and Maintain Corporate / Retail PCI environment
  • Perform System Backup and Recovery
  • Monitor, Configure and Diagnoses backend SANS
  • Monitor, Configure and Diagnoses Supporting Systems
  • Diagnoses Basic Network Issues
  • Perform Basic SQL Administration
  • Provide level 2 support to help desk staff
  • Write technical supporting documentation / instructions


Position Desired Skill Set:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associates degree in IT and/or Four Year degree in IT preferred
  • Windows Server (2008-2012) minimum 6+ Strong  years of experience  
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • VmWare
  • SANS Knowledge (Netapp)
  • Basic Network Understanding
  • Basic SQL Systems Administration
